They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on.
