Pros- price of rent great , pet friendly , nice clean apartment. Cons-constant nonstop gang fights all hours of nite 3rd floor, nonsmoke buildiding-constant stench of weed and cigars 3rd floor. Alotta lotta drama. People seems to think just because they lived here longer they are ENTITLED to be in your business. Pretty sad when yoyr neighbor knows the color of my dog's sh&t b4 he even sh&ts.
Ms Daniell and entire staff are very kind and caring. They have been nothing but awesome to myself and my brother. We look forward to many hapoy years living here.
