The receptionist and medical assistant and Dr Mina were 5/5 stars. Their communication, conversation, and comforting words were what patients deserve. The only reason I am only giving a 4 star review is because my appointment was 45 minutes past the scheduled time which is hard when you’re only expecting a 20 min appointment. This though is out of the providers control, as each patient is different and going through their own experiences. This is my second surgery with Dr. Mina. He has a very good bedside manner. I personally find him to be competent patient and willing to listen. And genuinely does everything in his power to create a good outcome even when curveballs are thrown at him very nice man and in my opinion a very competent surgeon. I have done a lower back surgery and a very complicated neck surgery. Wow recovery was very painful and challenging he did his best to work with me to lessen the pain which was substantial to the best of his ability.
Insurance company Doctors. I have severe injuries due to OPA aline with liberty mutual Insurance..I can't recommend this company or Dr. Mina..They care about money..Not injured Alaskans. Just the Truth..They are the worse for patients care and only care for quick resolve for the Insurance companies they work with. I can't recommend these doctors that actually take an othe to help
