Bedroom window treatments,curtains,drapes, long floor length or short window sill length. They will order special fabrics from forgein countries for you.
Great service and good quality The reviews that are awful must be mostly from along time ago....I know from experience that the staff is very helpful. I know that it is very busy on Saturdays but if you need lots of help during the week they will spend much needed time with the customers......I have ordered things and they come in in good time and the place is much more organized then in the past.
Best Place for Curtains Ever! If you need curtains or window treatments of any kind, this is the place to go. They have a huge selection to fit every window need. NO STORE LIKE IT Curtain Time is an amazing store, I've never seen anything like it. There are literally hundreds of curtains on display. The sales help are very friendly, willing to help even the most challenging customer like myself. I just bought a new home and I had 5 rooms to decorate. They spent an entire hour helping me choose the correct size curtains for my windows and their eye for color was perfect. I purchased about $500 worth of curtains, most of which I took with me. Curtain Time doesn't care about customer satisfaction! The sales people are very enthusiastic helping you pick out what you need, showing you patterns, etc... They will order whatever is not in stock, and assure you it will be in "in 2 weeks." Then when the 2 weeks come and go, be prepared to call, get the runaround, have people promise to call the manufacturer (then they don't), have people promise to call you back, (which they don't.) PROCEED WITH CAUTION I had a bad impression of this business 10 yrs ago and was pleased when I re-visited recently and found it to be neater with a really great selection of window treatments. During my purchase, I asked the salesperson if it was returnable if it didn't work--I recall her saying "keep your receipt or you might just get store credit". This seemed reasonable to me, but I was SHOCKED when I had to make a partial return 2 days later and was told their practice is "merchandise credit only". I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!... read more
poor service I ordered two sets of curtains in mid-February and was told they would be in in two weeks. Three weeks went by and I did not hear from the store so I called and was told they were on back order and would be in in another week. Two more weeks went by, called again, this time the employee actually called the manufacturer and said (again) they would be shipped in a week. If I hadn't called they would not have contacted me. Top Notch Blinds Many thanks for all your assistance with the blinds for my music studio. They arrived in record time this past Monday (2 weeks since order was placed). I’ve installed them and they look great! They match so well, it’s amazing! I mounted the valance on the front window upside down to make them match even better. Now the valances are in virtually the same position on both windows, and the mounting block on the front window is almost completely hidden. Your mounting scheme is a genius idea!
Rude and Unhelpful Went in with my daughter who was looking for a Roman Shade. When we spoke with the woman who could price it, she sent us to look for the book (didn't have time to look for it herself) once she heard it was only one window. After searching through several books, we finally found the Roman Shade sample book. Once my daughter selected a fabric, we stood at the desk and were ignored.
