I'm so grateful for Eddie Soto helping us with the whole process of getting our first pre owned vehicle. As my first time going to a dealer he was very knowledgeable and polite as well as patient with us. I've been to other dealer and it's very over whelming, all they want to do is put you in a car just to make a sale. Not with Eddie. When I traded in my Volkswagen, I was told that Crabtree does not resell German cars at their dealership and therefore, they had to reduce the amount of my trade. The VW I traded in is now listed for sale at the dealership. I'm disappointed that I was lied to and for this, I will not be returning for my next vehicle and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks that this is a dishonest dealership.

It is 0751 and I am waiting for a 7:30 oil change appointment and no lights are on. No staff here. My first experience w this dealership Very disappointing!!!! In reply to your post that you open at 8am, then why was I given a 7:30 appointment?! Re program your computer accordingly then!!!! Or should I say your digital secretary.
