Due to circumstances beyond our control we called to let your office know we would be late for our appointment. We were quickly told we had to reschedule. I felt this was very rigid since we were giving the office a heads up that we would be late. We are otherwise always on time for our appointments and felt our courtesy call was not appreciated by the staff.
This is the best office staff of any doctor or Dentist I have ever encountered in 67 years. They are Phenomenal! They “all” put each patient at ease. They never get frustrated by questions or concerns of their customers! The Dentists, dental hygienists, nurses and assistants take a genuine interest in the client. Everyone employed in this office is welcoming and professional!
