Friendly staff, never have to wait more than a very few minutes past you appoint time if there is any wait at all. Staff works to set appointments to your schedule.The dentists are very very good at making sure you do not feel any pain for any of the work. The hygienist are great too.
I am not happy that I do not get a statement if I have a credit balance on my account, but if there is a balance due, then I get a statement and maybe a phone call for payment. I have had a credit balance for 6 months. It is not right for your office to hold my money any more than it is for a patient to not pay your office in a timely manner. Maybe deadbeat is too harsh, but it goes both ways.
Love the staff and always feel so welcomed by everyone there. From office staff, to hygienists, and dentists. Everyone is amazing.
