This company was scheduled to come fix my doors on Thursday. I took the day off from work to accommodate and they never showed. I got a call very late in yhe day that they would come first thing Friday morning, so I took another day off work. Again, they didn't show. I heard from the owner mid-day that they would try to make it Saturday. I reached out Saturday morning at 10 AM because they still haven't shown up, and there was no answer. I had Curry Garage install a new lift and tracks for my garage some time ago, and recently called them again for help with a malfunctioning door. Even though their schedule was booked out, the office manager called me back within an hour to let me know that two of their service techs were finishing early and could stop by.
