I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They went ahead and completed work that I never authorized, despite my clear request for an estimate before any repairs were started. I called this company for a diagnostic visit to check a possible leak — I wasn’t sure if it was coming from my hot water tank. Somehow, the office misunderstood and sent a crew to completely replace my water heater without my approval or even providing a quote first. When I questioned why the work was done, they insisted I had authorized it — which I absolutely did not. Love working with these guys!!! They’ve repiped my house, and cleaned my septic lines on several occasions, always good work, no nonsense, good pricing, will continue going to them for my plumbing needs!!!!
Called them after Fox did not respond for a toilet valve replacement, efficient, fair, and cleaned up after themselves.
Our main sewer line backed up on Saturday. We made it through the weekend and called at 8:00 am on Monday morning. They were able to fit us in later that morning and even came in the rain. Great service, great price and we can flush again. Thanks Curry.
