They did not respond back to my questions but doing a sale pitch on me instead. At the end, I walked away because the price was too high at this dealership. It would be great if they just answered my questions completely upfront and it would save me a lot of time hearing sales pitch that I did not see any value in my decision making process.
The breaks and the rotors was was no good. We had to pay $800.00 for repairs.
The staff at Novato Chevrolet were friendly and helpful, and willing to negotiate the price.
The agent I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs.
The staff was courteous and efficient.

Travis and JR were both professional and amazing. I paid cash for the vehicle, so there wasn't any financing paperwork to do.
Car advertised as never wrecked with visible frame damage to it paint drips from bad paint job and doors didn’t line up when closed. Tried to still pressure into sale saying they have inspected it and found nothing wrong and had a warranty. If it was inspected it should never have been advertised as accident free
