This dealership is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! The LACK of communication with customers is unbelievable. I dropped my car off for regular service (oil change) on a Friday at 9am & was supposed to be done before 2pm that day. They never called me back so by 4pm I started calling the service department to get a status update on my vehicle & they just kept transferring me & telling me someone will call me back in 5-10 minutes.
