This dealership is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!! The LACK of communication with customers is unbelievable. I dropped my car off for regular service (oil change) on a Friday at 9am & was supposed to be done before 2pm that day. They never called me back so by 4pm I started calling the service department to get a status update on my vehicle & they just kept transferring me & telling me someone will call me back in 5-10 minutes. My car was being worked on for a little more than 2 weeks now, and it's just been a nightmare with communication and just waiting for the work to get done. I've had to call around several times within the past few days to reach them and even had to drive up in my rental yesterday to check what's going on. Bought a pre-owned ***** Malibu in Sept. 2022. Salesman provided "We Owe You" certificate signed by manager for accessories at tine of sale. After 1.5 years of hounding salesman and manager, manager had the gall to suggest the certificate was fabricated by the salesman. Manager who signed certificate blocked by e-mails. great service.
......We bought a 2011 ***** Suburban from Curry Chevrolet. Within a couple of months, we had to replace transmission lines and air conditioning lines. With the help of *************************, a sales **** ********************** paid for these repairs. We were pleased that ********************** stood by their warranty! Had a 9:30am service appointment. Dropped vehicle at 9:35am and was told work would take about 3 hours. The day before they'd said about an hour. They said they'd call me when it was completed. After 4 hours and not hearing anything, I called, at which point they told me they'd not started the work. During this time they made no attempt to contact and notify me they weren't working on the vehicle, that it would not be completed as promised. I picked the vehicle up, and the work still needs to be done.
