Will never buy here again. My truck has been in there for service for 9 days with parts on backorder and they will not give me a loaner car. They said it’s not there fault the parts are on back order and this strike from GM isn’t helping. My family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealer and always went there for service. You would think loyalty meant something to them, but it doesn’t.
My 2008 Z06 Corvette w/8,500 miles has documented problems by G.M. won't fess up because of the cost to fix the heads. Curry told me they fixed a stuck valve but never removed the heads-Lie #1. Told me they had to remove the engine to put a MIC on the cam-I suggested they use a Dial indicator on the rods so they don't have to pull the engine. Awful experience. Sales manager made up a ridiculous story and forced us to come back the same night to get the deal quoted. Even though we were leaving a deposit. So we had to pick up our kids, 3 1/2 and 2 years old, return to the dealership. Where they waited hungry, tired and cranky while the car was delivered. They also told us it would take 30 minutes to deliver, it took 2 hours. They told us they knew how to put in the car seats, they didn’t. If a customer brings a car for service in the morning and you promise to call him to update on the status -- perhaps you can do it at least once before you close for the day. Especially if the customer calls you 5 times over the course of the day to find out when the car would be ready. P.S. As you were closing, I found out that the car is supposedly ready, it's just that but no one knew about it. I may find out tomorrow. Needless to say, I am not coming back.
I lease a Chevy equinox 2018 with 0 milage In the car the car from the time I got it to now it give me already how many issues i went to the dealer to fix this how many times now it give me another issue the car is a LEMON CAR and now not GM not even the Dealr want to take it back they only who they car is how to get your signature do they can take your money they dont care about customers
