Spoke to Lee Currin about doing two appraisals for us. He said it would be no problem because one was very close to his office. I gave his contact information to Benchmark bank. Benchmark tried multiple times to have Lee send over an email stating the price and a schedule. Lee Currin would never respond. Finally he sent me the an email and I forwarded it to Benchmark. He used the excuse multiple times about not getting emails or losing them during the scheduling process. I had to sent the contact information for my managemen... read more
Our company placed an order which was accepted by Lee after being unresponsive he uploaded the wrong appraisal to the mercury portal as a way to reject it. Unprofessional and made our closing date get pushed back. We were relying on the report to close our loan. We had a terrible experience having to find another appraiser at such short notice and had to pay them more for the rush. Could have been avoided if communication from the appraiser was involved. Do not recommend.
We called Lee Currin and he agreed to appraise a property for us. We then placed the order through Mercury and he again accepted our order. We reached out multiple times for updates and got no response, until the day before it was due. He then stated that he thought he didn't accept our order. Then he uploaded a random appraisal report through Mercury to make it look like he completed our order. Poor communication and caused many delays in the loan process.
