I submitted a request for verification of rent paid and they wouldn't do it until I submitted a notice to vacate.I did, then they sent me a document to sign, their notice to vacate. I am not signing anything. I signed a lease and that's it. Mind you this is 6 months before my lease was to expire. I am a black man who works remotely and when the weather permits, I take a walk with my dogs at lunch. Please read all the reviews before you decide to move to Currents. I lived here since the beginning of Covid. I would not recommend unless you want to be in arguments with the staff and maintenance people. Pros: The people that live around me are nice, but we complain about this property all the time. The apartment itself is nice. Its what you get from $1200 but no real amenities like the pool. They do not care about people. Very immoral practices and will charge you for everything.
