Hands down Executive Chef Alan Brines has the best take on seafood I have ever tasted. The Seafood Stew was to die for. The lemongrass, thai basil sauce was an excellent compliment to the seafood. Black cod, huge shrimp and scallops were perfectly prepared and seasoned to perfection. Order their awesome bread and have it heated to enjoy all the liquid goodness this dish has to offer. The poached tuna salad was also beyond delectable. Kudos to Chef Brines and his awesome staff. A must try when in the Salt Lake City area.
Expected a lot better and tastier food. Nothing to brag about
