Great place to eat food outstanding so is service
The absolute best decision I made when dining out in Salt Lake City. The space, so minimal yet so spectacularly-lit, coupled with the extraordinary food, is dearly missed to this day. I am satisfied in knowing that my first time eating Snake River Farms Zabuton was perfect; the crispy tempura hen-of-the-woods mushroom and smooth, blue cheese demi-glace were perfectly coordinated with the rich taste of the wagyu. Visiting from the East coast, friends who recommended Current was a plus. Shrimp cocktail, clam chowder soup & seared scallops were delicious. Gelato was refreshing. Fine Service. Would definitely return.
