Current is a great place to live in the heart of the Banks. Lovely riverfront park nearby and very close to downtown. The fitness center and pool are a bit small for the size of the building, but overall a great option in Cincinnati
I love living downtown at Current at the Banks! The location is close to so many bars and restaurants and it’s awesome being so close to the river and the park. I even walk to and from work every day which is super convenient. Overall I love living here ☺️
Current at the Banks is a great place to live, it’s within walking distance to everything you might need and if it’s raining, it’s even the first stop for the streetcar, which is free. The staff is always super friendly and helpful as well!
I love living at Current the Banks! Moving from a different city, I had only been to Cincinnati for one weekend before moving into Current. This community is a lovely, well kept, and lively community. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Riley was helpful with the renting process and answered any questions I had. I just moved in about a week ago and have had a positive experience so far! The staff have been extremely helpful with the move and answering all of my questions. I’m looking forward to taking advantage of some of the amenities and trying out the restaurants near by!

I just moved into Current last month & I could not be happier with my decision to move here. Katie in the leasing office is amazing! She was very helpful throughout the entire process. Current at the Banks is the best place to live for the work hard play hard life! You are in the middle of all the fun places in Cincinnati and also have access to a gym and a Terrace pool to hang out at!
