The Current is a wonderful place to live. The floor plans are very spacious and modern. Staff is super helpful and goes out of their way to help you! Great location if you work downtown, like to be close to bars/restaurants.
I’ve been living at Current at the Banks for half a year now and am loving it. The amenities and location to restaurants and parks can’t be beat. The staff has also been great, from moving in to maintenance requests, everything is handled quickly. I highly recommend living here if you’re looking to live downtown!

Current is a great place to live if you are looking for affordable luxury. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful! And the location is phenomenal.
We love living here! The accessibility to major highways as well as different neighborhoods downtown is great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive.
I would highly recommend living at Current at the Banks. The location is amazing! There are bars, restaurants, and a nice riverfront walkway right outside of the building. If you work downtown, the walk to work is about 15 minutes. I love how the building has a modern look and the floorplans are very spacious. I would definitely recommend living here!
