I recently bought 3 tons of your wood pellets. When I burn them I get a smell of what appears to be the wood pellet smell. I also just had my pellet stove professionally cleaned. May I ask why I'm getting this smell and is there anything I can do to get rid of the smell because it gives me a headache when burning them. They are the hardwood bags.
