I think there pellets are as good as any of them In that price range. I also know for a fact, they care about there customers.
I love these pellets, though not quite for heating. I use their softwood/hardwood mix as cat litter and then use their 100% hardwood for rat bedding! You won’t find more affordable biodegradable litter/bedding anywhere. We have also used their flavored/scented pellets for grilling, the results are awesome.
We recommend Curran Renewable Energy because they are a member of our chamber. By being a chamber member it shows that they want to improve their business, the area's economic growth, and give back to the community.
My window is now constantly black. I bought a ton of these crappy pellets, now I guess I’m stuck with them.
We bought a ton, leaving the stove settings the same as for the Green pellets I tried a bag of the 70/30 Curran. The house is 5 degrees colder and the only way I can maintain 72 is to run my stove at a much higher setting, burning more pellets. This is the blue and green bag of pellets and I am finding unfavourable reviews about them, I should have checked before buying a ton.

We were using a brand of pellets and are retailer ran out so we were forced back to this brand .These should be comparable they definitely are not.In the recent cold spell are house was t least five to ten degrees colder.Not to mention when we put a bag in before bed and a chunk half the size of a basketball came out .Needless to say are stove shutdown do to to many fines (nothing like scooping theory pounds of pellets out of stove at 3:00am at -20).If my retailer only has these in stock will be buying fuel oil instead.
I have read many reviews on the different brands and I cannot believe that people complain about your pellets I've used them for 2 years I have no complaints at all every pellet will give ash, never had a bad smell and I highly recommend buying Curran Pellets whether you prefer hardwood, softwood or the blend
