Went to Salon last year. Expensive but very satisfied. Went back last Month April. Very Unhappy got a terrible cut and color. Was told cost was $90. Did not look at my receipt until I got home. I was charged $100 on my Debit card. Horrible experience, my scalp was red. As a result I shaved my head Bald to start over. Have done better job myself. Never go there again. Called and person answering the phone rudely told me to send an email to the owner

I have been a client of Curltopia for over a year and have had a wonderful experience till today. My 12-year-old daughter received a touch-up and trim for 140 dollars ( which was less than impressive, I might add). I received the same exact treatment for 90 dollars from my regular stylist a week prior. My hair is 4 times as long as my child's but yet the price of her visit was alarmingly more than my visit. When trying to explain my issue with the receptionist, her response was anything but pleasant.

I called Curltopia yesterday to book an appointment for next week for my college graduation. Despite their website stating that they accept appointments on Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 1 pm, I was told that I could not book an appointment because they were closed. After pointing out their website states that they do hair on appointments only on Tuesdays, I asked why they were closed. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience I was looking to get with the money I paid. I am back at my normal stylist to correct my hair - the lady that did my hair was super nice but I was there super long and I believe she was the rookie. It's " Curltopia ". So I believe all stylist should be great

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My hair was cut in all different lengths, to the point where I got it straightened 4 months later and my regular beautician had to cut it even shorter to even the length. Now my hair needs more treatment and I trusted curltopia to help me get my curls back but now there worse! Do not go! The money is not worth it because they are expensive. $120 later and my hair is F* up.

I've been coming here to see Brynn for over a year now. She always does an excellent job and is very pleasant! She is also very knowledgeable about products. The salon itself is clean and relaxing. Kudos!

My stylist Tiffany is awesome! She is completely professional and very knowledgeable. I told her my hair tangles very easily and I am very tender-headed and what used to be a tearful nightmare to comb out my hair after a shampoo at the Dominican salons was like a dream when Tiffany was combing out my hair. She did it so gentle I could barely feel a thing and the blow drier was not hot at all. My first visit to Curltopia was a week ago. I can honestly say I have never had such a consistent week with my hair. Ashli was my stylist and she was wonderful! I finally love my curls and am looking forward to my next visit.

Robin-best hair cut ever – I have curly hair and have never had anyone cut it properly-it's always cut and blown straight. I wanted a cut I could manage, and Robin gave me a wonderful cut. She is friendly and put me at ease right away. I will definitely go back.
