Tom was awesome. He was so supportive and helpful and walked us through everything we needed to know and do for a sudden unexpected funeral. He loves to chat. The funeral home itself was very bright and airy and had multiple spaces for different groups of people to gather during the wake. We had a vision and Tom just stepped back and let us do our thing when we needed to- but then provided guidance and stepped in when we needed him to. We are very grateful for the support he provided to us during this time.

I wanted to share my experience.Tom was absolutely amazing helping me through the process. I live in Florida and had to make arrangements with Tom via telephone. He was very knoweldegable and patient he guided me through the process and helped me and for that I am greatful. I had my loved one cremated and Tom had to Send him to me Via Mail. The way my loved one arrived showed me I chose the right place the time he took to prepare everything truley showed. I would have given them “zero” stars if I could. Tom, the director, was absolutely the worst to work with. He is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t have the slightest of clues on how to properly manage and deal with people. I’m surprised he is still in business and operating. My recommendation is to run as far from Tom and the Curley Marchand Funeral Home as possible. Save yourself the additional pain and heartache by going with anybody else.
