i came from a big city and thought I would have to find a hairdresser in Tuscan and then I noticed someones cute haircut and she told me Ruby cuts and colars her hair so I made an appointment. I’ve been going to Kelly for years, after several years of jumping from salon to salon, and not finding anyone who could do anything with my fuzzy, cow licked hair. She does a fabulous job every time! I love my hair now, and I love Kelly and everyone at Curl Up & Dye! My family members all go there, even my husband on occasion, and my kids drive up from Las Cruces just to get their hair styled. They’re great!❤️
ruby microbladed my eyebrows..I have many different colors in my hair and it's often hard to match. she created a brow color especially for me and the shape is awesome I totally recommended Ruby at Curl Up & Dye for anyone who wants to get microblading.
