The base of my toilet crumbled away last Wednesday, springing a significant leak across the bathroom floor. Sam & Vas were brilliant. Vas turned up almost immediately, diagnosed the issue and very quickly and efficiently organized a replacement. This morning at 7:02, Vas and his plumber's mate turned up and removed the old toilet and installed a new one. Friendly, extremely tidy and efficient in dealing with me and the property owner, I recommend these guys extremely highly.
I could not speak more highly of Sam from Curl Curl Plumbing who responded to our crisis call regarding our plumbing works that went horribly wrong with a plumber who was highly recommended for our bathroom renovation. Sam not only made himself available the next day to do a site visit but was totally understanding of our timeline and all bathroom works had to be redone with only a 72 hour window. I've used Curl Curl Plumbing a number of times and they have always done high quality work and their tradesman have been very helpful. They were also very good at communicating when they'd be onsite or if there were any delays. I'd highly recommend them.
I had to change my booking a few times and Curl Curl were very accommodating. On the day, Matt turned up on time, did the work efficiently and left the area clean and clear. Work was top notch - I am happy to recommend
It was a pleasure to meet Vas who was so friendly, professional and went out of his way to assess the situation suggesting the best solution for now and the future. It is rare these days to feel 100% satisfied that an urgent plumbing issue has been fully addressed, Vas did this with ease and confidence, we would not use any other service now. Thankyou again Vas.
