I recently received a quote from Curl Curl plumbing, for a job that I felt was excessive given the simplicity of the task. The work involved removing a broken basin, installing a new basin (supplied by me), removing the tap and plug waste, then fitting the tap and plug to the new basin and reconnecting the water.
