I'm very pleased with the great service Dr. and her staff provided for my son and me with our exams and helping us pick out the perfect pair of glasses for both of us.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so kind and provided excellent customer service. It was the nicest doctor’s office we have been to. Dr. Lorencz is phenomenal. She’s thorough, explains everything clearly, and is so kind and personable. She makes sure to listen to all your concerns and fully address them. They also have a nice glasses selection! The decor and cleanliness of the office was also very inviting. Highly recommend.

Always been top notch, but especially again this year when my son was having hard time adjusting to new glasses. The staff was kind through the whole process with patience, reexamination with Dr, and new order of glasses. Willing to make the customer feel comfortable, not a burden. I appreciate you all!
