Appalling experiences. Two years, $12,000++ spent. Many "one hour" long appointments stretched to 3, even 4 hours. Last month (Feb./15), my simple crown prep appointment was for 11:30 AM. They called and made it 12. Then 12:15. I left the office at 3:45 PM (3.5 hours after I arrived), watching/listening as a dozen or more people were treated as I waited.
