RecommendedFirst time eating at Cured. I have to say, it was a delicious gastronomic experience! Wife and I shared a 3 charc plate with duck ham, apple and jalapeno rillettes and beef sausage. The rillettes were the best I’ve ever had. They are a must try! We also tried the sugarcane lamb and pork cheek poutine. Get the sugarcane lamb. You won’t regret it! All around great experience with wonderful decor and service.

They would be perfect for a rehearsal dinner, retirement party, anniversary... etc... we were there for a work related event and could not have asked for a better presentation of food and service! Well done to the Chef and the entire staff!
