I've shopped here for years at this point buying like 2 ounces a week but I'm pretty over the constant struggles. Apparently they made some system switch months ago and I lost $80 in rewards points, annoying, but I moved on, not the staffs fault. Started building my points up again but for months now they keep saying the system is down and I can't redeem them.
