Completely unresponsive. Does not answer emails or phone calls.
Management is unprofessional and they don't care to explain anything that's actually important to know, refund policies etc. They don't tell you anything, they don't really help. They just take your money and if you don't have money kick you out. I lost mail for 2 months living here because they would tell the post master I don't live there but take my mail and wouldn't even give it to me. Constantly had to fight and ask for my own stuff. Do not stay here!! Room was infested with bedbugs!?!!,, Paid $300 for the week and couldn't even stay there it was so bad!?! Ended up having to take my wife to the ER from the bed bug bites she suffered after staying just one night!! And management has yet to respond to my complaint in regards to my issues with the bedbugs? Figures...
Generally management is unprofessional, was looking to downgrade and the tour for 12 "all in email." I made it on time and no one showed, I asked a resident if they've seen the building manager today being after 12:15 but was told that they've haven't been there for days. Calles the building no answer, call the main office no answer not including their full mailbox so was full so unable to leave a messaged.
