Disgusting medical director who lies. The only reason there are good reviews is because they make you write a review online in front of them the day you are discharged. Do not trust the medical director. She will not allow anyone to talk to a patient advocate. My last bad review got deleted. I will keep posting of it gets deleted again.

It’s impossible to get a hold of the right person here. They really need a better phone system because the one they have does not work. The admission staff also lie to you. Don’t believe a word they say. Being an emergency contact for my family member who is currently in this facility, I should be able to get a hold of their care team. Completely unacceptable!

My experience with Curawest was fantastic!!! The staff were all super supportive and very genuine. The BHT’s are mostly in recovery themselves and ridiculously relatable and supportive, even while short staffed at times, they tried their best and were thorough in bridging their communication. The case workers were fantastic in helping to organize my after care in every way. The therapists were amazing and lead thought provoking groups shout out to ROBERT!!! Cameron is the man and finest of the establishment. First of all, it’s your JOB to deal with addicts at their worst. Including but not limited to withdrawals, tempers, a calm but deep tone etc. not silently chuckle at me while stating facts. I was dropped off and immediately taken to Porter for 12+ hours. Over 20 delirious forms signed later withdrawing I’m taken to a bed. Awoke to 4 more forms “now!” for COB with a script. I’m a diabetic.
