Would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Bait and switch tactics. Apparently have dynamic pricing that they never tell you about. Add hidden fees at the last minute. Have spoke to multiple other people who had similar experiences. Dishonest and shady.
Alyssa and Hailey were amazing! From bringing our vision to life to helping us stay within budget. Would give 100 stars if I could!
My daughter and her finance had been in contact with Curated Events to rent some items for their upcoming wedding. We set an appointment a week out to look at the items requested and plan. The sales Rep Taylor was not going to be available and she had arranged for another rep. Hillary to be the fill in person. I started using Curated Events in 2023 and wow it has been an amazing experience. My representative, Chelsea, is always so kind and helpful. She is very knowledgeable of the inventory Curated has. On event day, she arrives on site to ensure all items are delivered and correct according to the order. What a blessing to work with Chelsea and Curated Events. It makes this wedding planner very happy.
