I had a very great visit. The front desk were very helpful and nice. The medical assistant who attended me did everything quick and was attentive to my needs. Dr. Hofmann was attentive and very helpful. She would make conversation which means she really cares for her patients. It was an amazing experience!
Cura Capitol made several mistakes in my billing, which required significant follow up to correct. In the course of our exchanges, they made contradictory claims about charges for which they were responsible. Two days before a scheduled appointment, they told me my insurance had failed to pay a bill and were cancelling my appointment. I checked with my insurance and confirmed that the claim had been paid and resolved. If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately my doctor was out and I made an appointment with Dr Hofmann for bloodwork. They scheduled me attempting to give me vaccines I didn’t need. And when I corrected them, they refuse to see me saying there was an unpaid claim from my insurance provider…but it was ok to shoot me up with stuff I didn’t need? Horrible service
Dr. Hoffman treated my son with such great care. She is very informative, knowledgeable, and understanding of my son’s needs. Also the staff were very welcoming and Renée did an amazing job helping my son not to be afraid of the needle My family and I are truly delighted to be a part of the family.
