They tested me and got paid but when I call for a billing statement, no one calls back and no one answers. You don’t get to talk to a person. It’s been 4 months of me trying to reach someone who can send me a billing statement for my insurance and NOONE ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK!!!!!
Cura is amazing. I did an antibody screening with a blood donation and they not only text me my results with ease, they also helped me log into my Cura.com account and walked me through the steps. I will use them as my doctors from now on. Christina with Cura.com was very helpful, sincere and knowledgeable out the Telehealth technology. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and love the process of texting and telemedicine to avoid Covid.
Was very prompt and attending to my 8 month old daughters needs. Was very willing to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding her in general. Was very friendly and playful helped keep her happy and upbeat during the process. Would definitely reccomend these services.
Dr. Baird, Rob Stalb and all the team at Cura did an incredible job responding to an urgent situation at John Christner Trucking. I needed COVID testing and my experience was painlessly smooth with EXCELLENT service in these times when testing is quite difficult to find. CURA Health was easy to locate with no hassle as well as was the process of setting up an appointment. The online account services is very user friendly with no hassle and you can always reach a staff member by phone if needed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services.
