Appalled by how I've been treated by this office. Entirely rude and unprofessional, and now I have to lawyer up to get my medical records handled properly and put this office effectively behind me. Hard to believe that the intent here was ever to "care for the whole person" as I'm not sure I can identify a moment in the past month of dealing with them where I've felt they cared at all about any part of me.
Have been trying for 2 weeks to follow up on a referral for an incredibly painful consistently recurring issue, haven't heard anything from the practice I was referred to, and haven't been able to get any actual help or extra info from the office here so far either. Have called about 15 times at different times of day and different days for about a week now, have left a couple voicemails, not a single answer. Absolutely the best experience me and my 17 year old daughter has ever had going to see a doctor. They are very Thorough with their exam and take the time to make sure they answered all of of questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them if you need a good understanding doctor and staff!!
This whole practice is truly amazing. Erin is truly concerned with the well being of her patients. She has carefully curated a staff that makes this clear. Every staff I've met and worked with has been diligent and caring and they all work together to make sure your care is thorough and effective. Finally found a place that seems to genuinely care about it's patients! I saw Holly and she was amazing. So kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Listen to all my issues, never once rushing me, and made me feel as if my health issues will actually be taken care of. It's an amazing feeling to be heard. Highly recommend
