get your act together, i understand the covid 19 thing in effect, but my wife shouldn't have to be waiting in her car for an hour and then be told its going to be another 15 minutes. 0 stars is too kind for you guys

The second delivery person that came to correct our pizza that was originally ordered with no cheese, due to a lactose intolerance issue, was extremely rude. He tossed the pizza at me and told me, "you owe me nothing"! and ran off my porch and down my stairs. I was under the impression this was part of their new "insurance policy". Now we know to expect such unprofessionalism.
Always lose my order somehow
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered some delivery pizza for my elementary students pizza party. We ordered 3 pizzas. One of them had long black hair in it. I called the store, and the girl said nobody was here at the time my pics was made with long back hair. They also don't wear hair nets for some reason. I said black hair, dark brown, it's someone's hair that made the pizza and it certainly isn't mine or my students. So they remade the pizza and delivered it. This dominos location ALWAYS does right by us when they mess up. It normally is that they put garlic butter on the crust when we order online and specify NOGO. They have given us free pizzas, free drinks, free deserts and now $10 credit on our account. So when they clearly mess up, they make it right. Thanks Dominos! (Long time customer of same location for many yrs)
Yesterday is the last time I'll be ordering from here. Pizza quality has gone been going down hill for the past year and yesterday was the final straw. The pizzas are always dry and NEVER have a reasonable amount of cheese. The last time I did carryout the pizza I wish I would not of seen the guy making the pizzas, he had long finger nails with dirt in them. You lost a long time customer dominos. Get your act together.

Did web order and realized it set time for later. Called when I was in my easy, was told it was in oven and would be ready by the time I got here. When I got here was told it hadn’t even been started. Look at pic in comments thay is what i found in my wing box. I pit tje pack of smokes next to it to show how much was there If i could give it 0 stars i would. I ordered my food and i live 5 mins from this location i arrived an hour and a half later cold and my lava cakes as well. 1 pizza, a 2 liter and 4 lava cakes cost me $30.00. Btw it was for my kids.
