I went to change oil and asked for synthetic. After that, my car drive rough and it feels friction, even worse than before the oil change. I called to ask him what oil he used. He was very rude and told me to go somewhere else.

It seems there was a frustrating situation at a smog check shop today. A customer apparently wanted to clarify whether their vehicle needed more driving to be ready for the test—something that’s not uncommon with smog checks. Instead of addressing the question, the technician went ahead with the test anyway, despite knowing the vehicle wasn’t ready to pass. I had a terrible experience here with the owner, whom I believe is named Habib. He told us that our car was ready and would pass the smog test, so we proceeded with the test. However, after the test, he informed us that it didn’t pass and demanded payment. He clearly knew the details about the smog readiness beforehand but never shared them with us. It felt like he took advantage of the situation. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
