I spoke with Marcus on the phone yesterday, explaining the problem. He ordered the part and arrived here at 9:00 as agreed upon and completed the project in an hour or so. As was the case in past experiences with this company, this representative, Marcus, completed the work neatly and his manner was very friendly and appropriate. Great rep. for the company as it is a Family Owned business of many years.
