I suddenly got lumbar disc bulging acute back pain. Early last year after taking pain medication and cortisone injection, I went to Cupertino Physical Therapy to get help from Paul who did very good job to help me in 1 month to reduce my back pain so I could use cane rather than walker to see him for physical therapy. Then I continued the physical therapy till the end of 3 months.
