Excellent attention and service from Dr. Wen Fan and the entire staff. Went for wisdom tooth extraction and they kindly answered all of my questions and concerns.
Worst office and worst staff ever. Please do not go. I was referred to this office by a friend - a dentist who is a high school friend. But I am sorry, I cannot recommend this office and has to warn others away from this office. Not only are they unethical pushing for treatments patients do not need (they prey on old people, i.e old parents, pushing for treatments that according to 5 other colleagues in the field do not recommend and think is unnecessary). I had two dental implants done by Dr fan, the second implant was a couple of months ago. Both implant procedures and follow-up care was smooth and excellent. Dr Fan is always kind, patient, and answers all my questions, and so is the office staff. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Cupertino Oral Surgery for dental implants. Dr Wen Fan is very knowledgeable and professional and his front office personnel are super friendly and helpful. Their explanations are thorough and all questions are answered to your satisfaction.
I was shocked to learn that a mandatory 3D scan was required when I arrived for my appointment—something they never mentioned when I booked. I was also forced to pay a steep copay (around $200) on the spot. The staff were very rude, and after I declined their ridiculous expensive treatment quote, they refused to send the records to the other clinic I chose.
