I took my slide-and-hide window screen for a rescreen, left it there ( the female owner Dorothy is a nice lady ), they eventually can not fix it, so I went to take it back, and I noticed the screen is completely broken ( all loosen and it can not re-tract ), so I asked the old gentleman there ( he is alone by himself ) what happened, he said it was like that and they didn't break it, which is a complete lie, so I told him it was working, now it is broken because the springs no longer work, and the old man started to get nerv... read more
