place is clean and organized, and their work here is professional. dentists are knowledgable but i was offered a treatment plan that i personally felt was really overpriced. justbe wary that for the level of procedure it will be expensive and know that sometimes they do try to upsell when its not needed

Dr. Amy is an excellent dentist—very thorough and great at diagnosing and explaining treatment. I always feel confident in the care I receive from her. Thomas is truly an exceptional hygienist. His work is very gentle yet incredibly thorough, and he has wonderful patient management skills. He’s especially great with kids and families, making patients feel comfortable, calm, and well taken care of throughout the visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcome by the friendly staff! The space is very welcoming. I’ve only ever been to one other dentist office, so this was a big change for me. I loved how holistic my new patient visit was. Dr. Lo went above and beyond to learn about my history and talked about my overall health not just the current state of my dental hygiene.

The teeth cleaning itself was good, and I was satisfied with the dental care. However, my overall experience was negatively affected by the front desk staff. The new front desk lady (wearing glasses) was very poker-faced, rude and came across as unfriendly, which made the visit uncomfortable. A front desk role is often the first point of contact, and a positive, welcoming attitude is important for patients. Unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.

I have been going here for almost 3 years, everything was fine till they hired a new receptionist who is EXTREMELY RUDE! Like extremely. Talk to you very very rudely on the phone. Cancels your appointment abruptly. Just rude. Once i finish my care im not going back again. I love everyone else though.
