Although they mentioned providing complimentary night guards/retainers when they talked my husband into getting Invisalign treatments, the staff acted like that never happened and tried to sell him even more when we brought it up after the treatments. The services are overpriced, and the prices are negotiable when they're trying to sell you the night guards, which makes it clear something’s off. Alice is super great with cleaning my teeth! She is always very gentle and tentative. Best hygienist I have ever met. Kinda cured my dental-phobia 🥹
