Not good not bad
I had a very bad experience trying to get Invisalign done here. I did not interact once with Dr. Lo to go over my Invisalign plan; I only interacted with the Invisalign technician Jess. Several years ago, my friend who got Invisalign here said Dr. Lo was very thorough explaining the plan and changes she requested they make. Something must have changed between now and then because I never got to speak with Dr. Lo about my concerns; my only point of contact was the Invisalign technician.
