I have been a customer at this shop for about two years. The shop recently changed ownership, and the new owner is professional and honest when you communicate with him directly. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with one Chinese-speaking staff member. Great service! They are very professional, reliable and kind; the prices are very very reasonable in both working hours and parts; when you see the bill and check the prices of the parts online there is almost no difference, which is pretty unusual as most places add a big percentage on parts. I first contacted Steve because my brakes were scratching, I thought it was the shims, Steve quoted me $60. When I returned he explained to me that it wasn't the shims, it was actually some other clips. Anyway, he fixed that and did not charge me any extra. Apart from his affordable price, great customer service, and quick repair, he fixed the plastic under the front bumper that was hanging from the splash shield falling off.
