We had cupcakes & more make our wedding cake & cupcakes & cake balls. They were absolutely amazing! Our wedding guests are still raving about them!! There wasn't a single one left! We actually ordered more after the wedding since our immediate family didn't get to try them all! They were so popular they were all gone within 20 minutes! The display was beautiful too! Customer service was great! We worked with Regina a lot but everyone else we encountered was great too! Couldn't have asked for a easier or better experience!!!
Awesome cupcakes! We decided we needed a cupcake fix last Saturday. My husband called to see if they were open, but they answered and said they were closed. They told us we were more than welcome to come in still since they were still there. Thanks for going above and beyond for your customers!
I've been twice because I had money left on a gift certificate. Both times I went in I had awful customer service. When I asked about different flavors I got one word answers followed by scoffs and eye rolls. I'm sure not all the employees are this way but the young lady who 'helped' me was very unprofessional. I wanted to catch her name but it was covered in frosting. The cakes are nothing to write home about.
