Extremely disappointed in our cupcakes today. Not only were they DRY but they had no flavor. We ordered 4 different flavors. The flavor in the frosting was good but wish there would have been more on top as we had to throw the actual cupcakes in the garbage. The $4 cupcake charge would have been fine had we been able to eat the cupcake!! Also service staff
Super kind staff and delicious cupcakes! I had the sweet potatoe with maple cream cheese frosting, Carmel & pomagranet sauce, and pomagranet compote! One word-AMAZING!
I had an issue with an online order when I went to pick up today. The person working was incredibly patient and kind while I pulled up order information and we figured out that there was an issue with it being routed to the wrong store. They then took all of my information, called to give me status, and corrected the problem with time to spare before my event started. They even walked the order over to me! They went very much above and beyond and I'm happy to continue giving them my business.
After receiving a poor experience with another cupcake place in Seattle, we turned to Cupcake Royale for our wedding cupcake needs. From start to finish we had an incredible experience. The cupcakes were delicious and decorated exactly the way we had imagined them which was a great hit with our guests.
