What a great company, the work they did for my wife and me, and our little 1,250 SF home in South Austin was truly amazing! We had all our windows and siding done with this group. My husband and I had been unsure about the best course of action for replacing an exterior door that also had a doggie door. Wonderful experience. No pressure on the appointment or sales portion. Timely procurement of windows and installation. Joel and his crew were awesome, on time, professional and polite. The work are was scrupulously cleaned daily which is very important with dogs. Can’t recommend Cupcake enough. The new windows were all that I expected and wanted. I highly recommend the products and the company.
My wife and I enjoyed working with Cupcake for window replacements in two homes. They were always professional, on time, easy to contact and took care of any issues immediately. We plan to use them again for our next project and highly recommend them for Window replacements.
