From the start Cupcake Home Improvement was straight forward and professional. The sales process was fun and exciting. We purchased new siding, fascia, soffit, and new front and back doors. The design process for choosing the doors was fun, and they had a lot of options to match any home aesthetic. Once construction began the Cupcake Team "banged" things out very quickly. (It's loud. We had an awesome experience with Cupcake! From Kyle setting up the appointment to Robert the co-owner coming over to help out! Khalil, Josh, Will, John, and Corey! Thank you all for the hard work and great communication! Our window installation was done weeks ahead of the scheduled time! We definitely will have Cupcake do our next home improvement project! Start to finish, these guys nailed it! I got quotes from multiple roofers and no one else took the time to walk me through the entire process so I could make the best choice for my home, help me with financing, and generally make me feel cared for throughout the engagement even before I fully committed. Will Morehouse kept me up-to-date on the actual work progress every day and all the guys on the gutter and roof installation crews were efficient, friendly, and incredibly neat and professional.
