We are very pleased with our new windows from Cupcake. The crew, (John, Corey and Q) was professional and courteous and did an amazing job. We were kept up to date on the status of the windows before installation and everything was done in a timely manner. The Cupcake team recently replaced my aging roof. Their sales team was low pressure and friendly. The communication from the project manager was excellent and he worked to ensure every aspect of the project was planed out perfectly. The install teams work was exceptional and they obviously care about the job they are doing. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again in the future.
Cupcake is an amazing company with an amazing staff who truly look out for the best interest of their clients. For example, a couple of months ago another roofer knocked on my door and tried to sell me on a roof claiming there was "wind damage." Last week my house experienced 80 mph winds and Phil from Cupcake came to check out my roof. He spent time educating me on how my roof is well built and still in great condition.
