To all my Greenville, SC area friends and family. I do not advise using Cupcake Castle ( formerly Poinsett Bakery). We ordered a birthday cake for Barry Coggins' mom's 96th to be decorated appropriately for the occasion. There were NO decorations at all! Just Happy 96th Birthday written on the top. Very disappointing. Not only that they weren't even open when he got there. No lights on and door locked although they did come to the door finally about the time he got back to the car.

I am sorry you feel this way. First off we are closed at 1030 am and was kind enough to come in early just for you to pick up your cake early. Secondly you asked for cream cheese frosting with writing and a border to which we did. If you wanted more you could have asked and we would have been happy to do so. We made a lemon curd filling for your cake as requested and that was the only request made for your cake.
We finally made it in today and it was really good. Premium ingredients and takes pride in their creations. We'll definitely be regulars.
I loved this place so much I went with my girlfriend and we were so happy after we left cause the service and food was so great
We wondered in a few weeks ago because my son saw the pink monkey outside. The ice cream was delicious and he really enjoyed the mini cupcakes. They are a perfect size for a toddler! The young girl was so friendly to us too! He was such a good boy at dinner tonight so we came over for a cupcake, he got a big vanilla cupcake and brought it home. We will continue to come back. Thanks for a great experience and making my boy smile!!!
We had their Lavender honey cupcake... excellent. Looking forward to trying some more of their other cupcake flavors.
I freaking love this place, they have superman ice cream!!!
