Dr. Ha is a master of deceit. He falsified billing statements and will nickel and dime you. His best Washingtonian award is an exaggeration! They also will charge you a 25 bucks late fee if you’re 15 mins late
My brother turned me on to Prince William Dermatology (Dr. Ha) 6 or 7 years ago. I have never had any luck with any other dermatologist. My first visit, Dr. Ha was just an awesome guy. He checked me over thoroughly and found some sun spots, told me what to do to prevent these problems again. I live an hour and 20 minutes from the office and Dr. Ha and staff is worth every mile I travel once a year. The wait to get into see Dr. Ha is terrible. Once there, he's friendly, helpful, and very good at what he does. DON'T go to the PA, we had a terrible experience. The front desk is not helpful either, either over worked or just plain not friendly. In short, the doctor himself is wonderful, but the staff is anything but.
IF you can get into him, you will receive good care. the PAs are fair. The wait time to even get in with a PA is horrible. And the staff there are not the friendliest or helpful.
Dr Ha explained the root cause of issues extremely well. He connected root causes to the treatment he prescribed much better than most doctors I have seen.
Dr. Ha performed a procedure on me that I have had done multiple times over many years by various dermatologists. This was by far the worst experience of all. His poor care left me with an infection and generous bald spot. My frustration resulted in his office telling me they would forward my records to another doctor of my choice. He provided poor care and refused to take responsibility. Another Dr. immediately prescribed antibiotics, fixed the incomplete procedure and healed me.
