Horrible customer service, have had completely rude technicians. They are obviously short on laborers and they make that the customers problem. I have spent thousands of dollars at their location and have been cursed at by technicians and been completely disrespected by customer service reps. If you can’t provide business for your loyal customers, close business.
My family has had nothing but great service from here for over 20 years until now. I reached out to have my trash compactor fixed and the guy in the line would not help me knowing my friend just had theirs fixed by them. Very upsetting and I am sure the owner, Lynn would be upset. Used to be the best place.
I got the number for this company from frigidaire's website for service on appliances by Frigidaire. Person who answered the phone said do they do not service any equipment that was not purchased through them
Vivienne was very helpful with scheduling, great attitude.My technician John was very knowledgeable and resourceful when repairing my refrigerator. Also had a guy who changed the direction my washer/dryer doors opened to. Nice professional guy.They showed up within allotted time frame. Overall great experience.
I have to vent On April 19, 2021 I paid Lynn Cunningham $834.70 to replace a compressor on my 20 year old Amana refrigerator. I could have bought a new one, but I really like this one. I figured a new compressor and I'd have another 20 years - or at least something more than 13 months.
