I was delivering a load from Maryland to Colorado on Thursday. We are late for couple hours because weather conditions and they rescheduled for next Wednesday (one week) instead of rescheduling next day or Monday. Rude and unprofessional staff. NEVER EVER COMEBACK!!!!

TLDR: This place uses straight up predatory tactics to force a sale. They force you to pay and sign for the appliance first before you have a chance to even see it. Then when you pick it up and determine it has too much damage, missing parts, or is just not what you want, they charge you a 50% restock fee to return it, EVEN IF YOU HAVENT LEFT THE STORE. I would rate this establishment ZERO if it were possible. This business uses the standard BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM method. They'll advertise these rock-bottom prices/ amazing deals on their website. Then when you order and get excited, they call you to tell you that they no longer have this unit in stock. I've tried it 3x with them with 3 different products and the same online department keeps calling stating they're OUT.
