The parts department is amazing. I haven't bought any appliances from here but I use the parts department often and they are absolute pros. They're happy to give advice and work with you to find the right part and they're always honest. I've had them talk me down from an expensive part I thought I needed to a less expensive part to try first and it worked and I appreciate that.
