What was originally a good experience turned into a not so good experience. We ordered a whirlpool double oven in April and month by month it kept getting pushed back. Which I know is not the stores fault. We had measurements taken and fast forward to September we went in an selected a new oven. We purchased over $17,000 of appliances from AF with only the refrigerator being contracted to install. The installers came ill equipped and dragged the refrigerator through the front door and across our hardwood floor, damaging it to the point it required refinish (large gouges needed replaced boards). The installed signed a statement that they did the damage. It took numerous calls to get a reply from AF and they finally advised they would not pay for the damage. I purchased a kitchen package back in late april 2021 from Sawmill store. Was told that floor model was damaged and if I wanted they would discount it or wait 60 days for new in the box. 9 months later still waiting on fridge and was told maybe early marchof 2022. We purchased a DREAMCLOUD Mattress. All over this site and on DREAMCLOUD - Owned by Nectar , they advertise a 365 day guarantee. Within 6 days after purchasing the matress, we discussed with Applicance Factory employee Graham. who immediately said we had to exchange the mattress. We said the ad and their site said differently. He said to try to find a Sealy Posturepedic. We tried to accommodate, but our daughter did not want this type of mattress. I will always buy all appliances from this store (the Colorado Boulevard location). It is tempting to get appliances online but the whole group at this store is excellent. They price matched an on-line order, provided service questions on my previous purchases, and provided support in fixing my old fridge. Just a great store. Devone helped me this time, but I haven't had a bad experience with any of the employees.

I had the most pleasant experience in dealing with the store at 2816 Colorado Blvd. The salesperson Devon was very polite knowledgeable on the Frigidaire upright freezer. I found Devon and Jason , the manager to be of the most honorable sales people I met in a long time. They are both 100% customer oriented. Kudos Gentleman
