I purchased a kitchen package back in late april 2021 from Sawmill store. Was told that floor model was damaged and if I wanted they would discount it or wait 60 days for new in the box. 9 months later still waiting on fridge and was told maybe early marchof 2022. Customer service was great when they wanted $ but for now its whorable and no one wants to take ownership. Very rude to deal with and a lot of I'll get back with you and no answer. We purchased a DREAMCLOUD Mattress. All over this site and on DREAMCLOUD - Owned by Nectar , they advertise a 365 day guarantee. Within 6 days after purchasing the matress, we discussed with Applicance Factory employee Graham. who immediately said we had to exchange the mattress. We said the ad and their site said differently. He said to try to find a Sealy Posturepedic. We tried to accommodate, but our daughter did not want this type of mattress. Purchased a washer & dryer 3 weeks ago from Appliance Factory Outlet, Bill Hutchinson assisted us in our decision, everything went smoothly right down to the delivery. I love my new washer and dryer. Thank you Bill! We'll be back for that stove I had my eye on. Annemarie
